Meet the New Executive Director!

Hello!

I am Madison Gigax, your new chamber Executive Director! Living in Archbold my whole life, I have learned the importance of community. I realize how fortunate I am to have grown up in an overwhelmingly supportive small town – and that could not hold truer as I begin this new journey and have received the warmest welcome.

I am a 2020 graduate of Archbold High School where I was heavily involved in various groups, councils and teams. After graduating, I began my Human Resource Management degree at the University of Toledo. From there, I spent several years gaining knowledge and skills in office management positions. My favorite part of any job is being able to communicate and interact with people. You will more than likely be seeing my smiling face a lot!

When I am not working, you can catch me spending time with my family and closest friends, camping, attending music festivals, designing, playing soccer, traveling, or hanging in the barn with pigs (yes… you read that right – my family raises/shows pigs)!

My goal as the new Executive Director of the chamber is to increase community involvement. Whether you are a business owner or an individual member of the community, I think it is important to give back and appreciate our small town!

I am humbled by everyone’s kind words and the outpouring of encouragement. I look forward to meeting and getting to know our various community businesses and members.
